Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used products

• Opened products

• Change-of-mind purchases

• Fragrance preference dissatisfaction
   

Because scent perception varies from person to person, fragrance preferences alone do not qualify for refunds.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued when:

• The incorrect item was sent

• The product arrives damaged

• An approved issue cannot reasonably be replaced
   

Refund requests submitted outside the required timeframe may not qualify.
 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Wax melts

• Wax pearls

• Wax gems

• Room sprays

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Digital products or downloadable content
   

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
 

Once an order has entered production or shipping preparation, it cannot be canceled.
